Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and our research compounds.
Track my order / delivery
Where is my order / how long will it take?
The fastest answer is our live order tracker — it shows your payment status, where your order is in our process, and the live carrier tracking once it’s dispatched.
Enter your order reference (the AP-XXXXXXXX code) below and you’ll be taken to Track your order — you just add the surname on the order. Once dispatched, a parcel sits with the delivery carrier (Australia Post, or our metro courier partner Parcel Right); transit times are on their side, and their estimates are usually conservative and pull forward as it moves.
Tracking is stuck, or it says delivered but I don't have it
First, open Track your order to see the latest scan. If your parcel shipped with Australia Post (your tracking link points to auspost.com.au) and it has genuinely stalled, or shows delivered but hasn’t arrived, Australia Post can only investigate on a request from the recipient — please lodge a missing-parcel enquiry with them directly at auspost.com.au, the AusPost app, or by phoning 13 76 78. If it shipped with our metro courier partner Parcel Right (tracking link points to parcelright.com.au), contact us below instead and we’ll chase the courier directly.
We hold proof of postage on file to support your claim, and once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost or misdelivered we’ll sort out a replacement. If you’ve already done that, send us the details below.
How long does delivery take / when will my order dispatch?
Paid orders with in-stock items dispatch within 1 business day. From dispatch, transit is typically 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express, depending on your location — carrier estimates are usually conservative and pull forward as the parcel moves.
For a specific order, the live tracker shows exactly where it is — payment matching, dispatch, and the carrier scan history.
Can I ship to an Australia Post Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect?
Yes — and it’s the most reliable option if you’re not home during the day. At checkout, choose Deliver to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect under the address field, pick which one, then enter your locker number.
Australia Post shortened these addresses on 1 September 2026. Older ones carry a 10-digit customer number and the locker’s street address; newer ones are just a short number, like Parcel Locker 10, with no street address at all. Both work here, so enter yours exactly as it appears in your MyPost account — Australia Post is moving lockers across in stages, so yours may still show the longer form.
My order has a pre-order item — when will it ship?
Every pre-order item carries an estimated dispatch window, and the live tracker shows the current window for your order — plus anything we’ve already shipped ahead if part of your order was in stock.
Enter your AP- reference below to jump straight in. Product pages on the shop also show the estimated window before you buy.
Payment
Did my payment go through? Is my order confirmed?
Our order tracker shows whether we’ve received and matched your payment yet — enter your AP- reference below and add the surname on the order.
Most PayID and bank transfers match automatically within minutes (some banks hold a first-time PayID to a new payee for up to 24 hours). Paying the exact amount shown, cents included, helps it match automatically.
PayID won't work / I get an error
Our PayID is linked to our ABN, not an email address. In your banking app, choose the “ABN” PayID type (not Email or Phone) and enter the ABN shown on your order/checkout instructions.
Bank transfer is always available as a fee-free fallback — the account details are on your order confirmation and checkout page. Pay the exact amount, cents included, and add your AP- reference.
I paid over 24 hours ago and it's still not confirmed
If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still haven’t had an “Order Confirmed” email, let’s get it matched manually. On the next step we’ll ask for the date and time you paid and a screenshot of your payment confirmation, so we can find it quickly.
Tip: also double-check your spam folder for the confirmation email first.
How do I pay? (PayID / bank transfer)
We accept PayID and bank transfer — both fee-free. The exact payment details for your order are shown at checkout and again in your “Order Received” email. Our PayID is the ABN type — choose “ABN” in your banking app, not Email or Phone.
Pay the exact amount shown, cents included, and put your AP- reference on the transfer so it matches automatically. Most payments match within minutes; bank transfers can take up to 1 business day.
Mixing my vial (BAC water)
How much BAC water do I add, and how do I mix it?
The exact amount is product-specific — the reconstitution maths for your vial is included with every order.
As a rule of thumb most vials take up to 3 mL of BAC water (NAD+ and Glutathione take more) — the per-product table is on our FAQ. Add the water slowly down the inside wall and swirl gently; never shake.
Is it legit? / CoA
How do I know the products are legit / tested?
We’re a registered Australian business dispatching from Melbourne. Our peptides are independently third-party tested by HPLC for identity and purity — each product’s exact result is on its Certificate of Analysis, published in our CoA library.
Orders ship with full tracking (Australia Post, or our metro courier partner Parcel Right), reviews are on the product pages, and payment is via PayID or bank transfer. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only.
Can I get the CoA for my order?
Every product’s Certificate of Analysis is published in our CoA library. Our vials aren’t labelled with a batch or lot number, so there’s no code to cross-reference — the CoA is what we publish so you can check the third-party HPLC results yourself. If you would like the CoA for something you’ve ordered, send your order reference and the product below and we’ll get it straight to you.
My vial looks wrong
My vial looks empty / I only drew a little out
This is almost always an mg-versus-mL mix-up. The milligram figure on the label (e.g. 10 mg) is the weight of the dry powder, not a volume of liquid — the powder is a tiny amount at the bottom of the vial, so a vial that looks “empty”, or that only gives back the BAC water you added, is exactly what you should expect.
The flip-off cap is a one-time tamper seal and won’t re-clip firmly once removed — also normal.
My reconstituted solution is cloudy or won't go clear
If your reconstituted solution is cloudy or won’t go clear, don’t use it — send us a photo of the vial and your order reference and we’ll sort you out.
Change or cancel my order
Can I change the items or cancel my order?
If your order is still unpaid, the easiest fix is to place a new order with the correct items and pay for that one — we’ll cancel the unpaid one for you.
Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations and changes are best effort — we can usually only action them within about an hour of placing your order, and only if we’re able to catch it before it’s automatically sent for fulfilment. After that we can’t pull it back.
Send your order reference and what you’d like to change below. If you’re after a refund, please include your PayID or bank account details (account name, BSB, account number) so we can process it straight away.
I need to change my shipping address / add signature on delivery
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we can update the address (or add signature on delivery) — send your order reference and the new details below as soon as you can. Once it’s shipped we can’t change it, but an Australia Post parcel locker / Parcel Collect is a good option for next time.
Dosing & how to use
How much do I take, how often — can you advise a protocol?
We have to be straight with you on this one: our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, so our team can’t provide dosing, cycle, or usage advice for people — that’s a hard line we hold with every customer, and emailing us won’t get a different answer.
What we can help with: our FAQ covers BAC water amounts and storage basics, and the CoA library has the third-party test results. For anything health-related, please speak to a qualified health professional.
Products, stock & formats
Do you sell pens or pills/capsules?
Every product is supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a glass vial, which you reconstitute with BAC water. We don’t sell pre-filled injector pens or oral pill/capsule products. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only.
Is a product in stock / what does it cost?
Live stock and pricing for every product is on the shop — each product page shows whether it’s in stock, on pre-order (with an estimated window), or out of stock, plus the current price.
Do you have a product I can't see on the site?
If you can’t find a compound on the shop we likely don’t stock it yet. Pop it on our product request page — the more requests a compound gets, the higher it moves up our list.
Bulk pricing
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — we offer discounted pricing on larger quantities. Tell us the products and quantities you’re after and we’ll put together a tailored quote for you.
BAC water — amounts by product
How much bacteriostatic (BAC) water do I add — and how much per product?
The right amount is product-specific. The exact reconstitution maths for your vial is included with every order. As a rule of thumb, almost every vial we stock takes up to 3 mL of BAC water — the only exceptions are the mg-dosed NAD+ 500 mg and Glutathione 600 mg vials, which take more.
| Product | Vial | BAC water |
|---|---|---|
| Retatrutide | 10 mg | 1 mL |
| NAD+ | 500 mg | 5 mL |
| Glutathione | 600 mg | 6 mL |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 3 mL |
| KLOW blend | 80 mg | 3 mL |
Different vial sizes use different volumes — always follow the reconstitution figure on your vial label if it differs from the table above. Add the water slowly down the side of the vial and swirl gently; never shake.
Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add the compounds you need to your cart, and check out with your shipping address. Pay by PayID or bank transfer using the details shown at checkout and in your “Order Received” email — stock is secured once your payment is matched.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. All prices on our site are GST-inclusive — the 10% Australian GST is built into the listed price, so you don’t pay any extra at checkout. Your order confirmation shows the GST portion of the total for your records. If you need a tax invoice, get in touch through our contact form and we’ll issue one.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within Australia only and don’t offer international shipping at this time. If you’re outside Australia, please check back in future as we plan to expand our delivery zones.
I paid for Express but tracking shows a longer window — why?
Express speeds up transit once your parcel is dispatched. You can confirm yours went out on an Express service by opening the tracking link in your shipping email and checking the consignment details, which show the service used. The carrier’s estimated delivery dates are estimates only — they’re often conservative, and parcels frequently arrive sooner than the window shown (state public holidays can push an estimate out a day or two). If the details show a Standard service when you paid for Express, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
How are the compounds packaged?
All lyophilised peptides are shipped in secure, discreet packaging labelled for research use.
Product quality & storage
How should I store my peptides?
Store lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides in the freezer, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, keep the solution refrigerated and use it within its stability window. Product-specific storage notes are on each product page.
Research use & compliance
Who can purchase from Aussie Peptides?
Our products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers, scientists, and institutions conducting legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Are your products approved for human use?
No. None of the compounds sold by Aussie Peptides are approved for human or veterinary consumption. They haven’t been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any equivalent authority for therapeutic use, and are strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes only.
Is it legal to purchase research peptides in Australia?
Aussie Peptides sells peptides in Australia strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory and analytical research use. That research-use position is different from TGA approval for human use: our products aren’t approved for human or veterinary consumption and aren’t sold as therapeutic goods. Purchasers remain responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws; Aussie Peptides does not provide legal advice.
